We recently revisited one of landscape and out door BBQ installations we installed,. We were able to observe how the plants, structures and design have grown and matured; maintaining their integrity over the years. Not only providing years of enjoyment from the past home owners and increasing the home value but will continue to do the same for the future home owners.

The natural beauty of stone finishes on walls adds a structural depth to the hardscape features of homes and within the landscape. Stone Veneer is a popular option in construction in achieving this effect; desired for its’ low cost, low material use and reduced weight compared to traditional ‘Brick and Block’.
Masonry veneer walls consist of a single non-structural external layer of masonry work, backed by an air space. The innermost element is usually structural wall, and may consist of wood or metal frame within the Cavity wall. A benefit to this structure is that insulation can be incorporated into the cavity, providing additional thermal protection.
One factor that effects it’s lower cost is the structural framing or masonry backup can be erected first to allow the rest of the building structure to be completed concurrently with the outer veneer.
In general most masonry veneer walls can be completed in a shorter time frame, using less labor than a solid masonry wall. Because the veneer uses a fraction of the material, its’ weight will be considerably less benefiting economies n foundations and structural support
Arroyo Seco Construction recently began work on a flagstone patio and winding pathway.
Workers carefully position pavers into position.
Edges are meticulously refined to ensure an interlocking design.
Pavers edging the pathway are secured creating a solid edge to contain pathway medium.
