Adam Graham | President
Adam Graham, President of Arroyo Seco Construction, hails from Pasadena, CA where at the early age of eight was pulling weeds for hire. After graduating from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Adam started his first construction business in Santa Barbara.
For the past 25 years, Adam has led a variety of construction companies serving the state of California. His expertise in craftsmanship, as well as a degree in horticulture, allows him to provide his clients with an all-inclusive product.
His work has been featured in numerous publications including; Sunset Magazine and the Los Angeles Times and has garnered several awards in the communities of Montecito and Santa Barbara.
Wyllis Heaton | Creative Director
Wyllis has been with Arroyo Seco Construction for over eleven years and has positioned himself within the company as our creative director and project manager. Wyllis' background in fine arts and his vast experience with a wide range of projects has propelled him to the forefront of design within the greater Santa Barbara area.
Wyllis started painting at an early age and is widely collected today. He studied at the famed Art Center College of Design and has continued his studies with other modern masters of the craft.
Chris Arntz | Architectural Designer
Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Chris developed a deep knowledge and appreciation of Santa Barbara’s unique natural and built environments. After earning his Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from University of Southern California.
Chris gained invaluable experience working with some of the region’s premier landscape architects. He has a strong desire to work in a hands-on design capacity; facilitating projects, evolving them from conceptual to completion, while maintaining attention to detail through every step.
Lorena Flores | Administrator
Lorena Flores has been with Arroyo Seco Construction since 2011. Earned an Associates in Accounting and Business Administration from Santa Barbara City College.
Lorena began her career as an administrator at a local reprographics office for six years where she established long term trade relationships and developed her interest in becoming a construction administrator. Lorena not only brings organization to Arroyo Seco Construction but goes above and beyond her daily duties covering accounts receivables/ payables; human resources, payroll, bookkeeping and insurance compliance.
Keith Bartlett | Design Associate
Keith Bartlett has been with Arroyo Seco Construction since 2014. He earned a BS in Game Art and Design from The Art Institute Pittsburgh and a BS in Environmental Science from Cal Lutheran University. Keith also has worked at Trinity Gardens Community Garden as Garden Manager for the past six years.
